Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment/receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and support operational directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
  • •Assist guests and resolve client needs while supporting safe work practices through strong stockroom standards

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to be constantly moving in and around store areas
