Key Requirements

  • •Background in Project Management, Change Management, Supply Chain, Innovation Management, or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale Change Management projects in complex international industrial environments.
  • •Proficiency in SAP environments, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to use SAP Enable Now.
  • •Mastery of project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile/SAFe cycles.
  • •Fluent/bilingual English mandatory; French and/or German is a strong asset.
