Outside Sales Representative

Present and sell Forge & Build products and services as the primary point of contact, building relationships with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, and internal store teams. Maintain product knowledge, generate accurate quotes, follow up with customers, and support sales through POS-related selling. Track KPIs and sales metrics, communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collect payments within expected terms while continuously improving customer experience.
