Subcontractor (INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI, IN)

Own day-to-day networking operations for the customer’s infrastructure, investigating and resolving complex networking issues and acting as the escalation point. Coordinate with vendors and external technical resources to troubleshoot and drive fixes. Serve as networking subject matter expert across internal and customer-facing projects, optimize performance and capacity, and implement networking security protocols. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for networking solutions using Azure networking and Cisco technologies.
