•Lead the implementation of a robust document control system tailored to data center environments, enabling tracking, versioning, and approval workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
•Coordinate and compile all compliance-required documentation for successful project closeout in high-demand, highly regulated infrastructure settings.
•Maintain knowledge of documentation needs across all project lifecycle stages, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
•Develop and manage project-specific documentation folders and structured correspondence archives aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
•Prepare and continuously improve Document Control Guidelines in alignment with company standards and industry best practices for mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in document control for large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects (data center/mission-critical/high-tech facilities)
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
•PMI/PMP certification highly valued
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Aconex or similar)
•Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
