Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Design multi-region, fault-tolerant architectures to support 24/7 healthcare SaaS operations.
  • •Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code at scale using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or equivalents.
  • •Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments, operational tasks, and end-to-end automated testing.
  • •Drive SRE reliability practices (SLIs/SLOs, observability, alerting, distributed tracing) and lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of DevOps/SRE/Cloud engineering experience in production SaaS environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS (required) and familiarity with Azure and GCP.
  • •Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  • •Strong CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience.
  • •Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/GKE/AKS).
