Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, operate, and evolve the Unified Communications platform across Microsoft Teams meeting room systems, Cisco RoomOS hardware, and related collaboration services.
  • •Keep meeting/collaboration spaces reliable, integrating UC with cloud infrastructure and improving observability and automation.
  • •Operate and enhance Microsoft Teams Rooms, including provisioning, policy, firmware lifecycle, and incident response.
  • •Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs so UC systems stay synchronized with identity and calendaring services.
  • •Automate administrative and operational work with Python, Bash, and generative AI tools; instrument UC observability using CQD and user-experience metrics.

Salary: USD 144,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in Unified Communications, collaboration engineering, or a closely related IT platform role.
  • •Hands-on UC domain knowledge of Cisco RoomOS and Microsoft Teams Rooms, plus enterprise meetings platforms like Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams.
  • •Practical experience supporting employee collaboration across scheduling/joining, hybrid interoperability, calendaring, client policies, and user experience for chat/calling/video.
  • •Experience with API integrations (Microsoft Graph, PowerShell) and automation using Python and Bash.
