Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and system performance issues across airline reservation and related enterprise applications.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for outages and recurring incidents and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
  • •Monitor application health, availability, and operational metrics to meet uptime and service reliability targets.
  • •Improve observability with enhanced monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboarding; maintain dashboards and logs review to identify risks.
  • •Support CI/CD pipelines and release management, including incident management/on-call participation and managing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • •4–7 years supporting Java-based enterprise applications in production environments.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience with microservices architecture and monolithic applications, plus CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitOps practices.
  • •Mandatory hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise production environments.
