Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, empower, and develop software engineers delivering APIs, logging/monitoring, performance tuning, and highly available datastore services.
  • •Create short- and long-term product and operational strategies for Cloud Atlas in partnership with product management and architecture teams.
  • •Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • •Drive software quality, performance, security, and resilience through code reviews, continuous integration, and incident response.
  • •Integrate AI tools into the team’s daily development cycle, coaching engineers to audit AI-generated code for logic flaws, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
