Job Summary

Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and critical incidents, serving as the technical escalation point. Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI and manage Versa SD-WAN controllers, analytics, and edge devices. Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS; VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, EtherChannel/LACP, VPC, HSRP/VRRP, VXLAN), perform RCA, and lead incident/problem management while ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and critical incidents, acting as the technical escalation point.
•Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
•Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI, managing fabric, tenant configurations, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, and L3Outs, including firmware upgrades.
•Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN controllers, director, analytics, and edge devices; implement application-aware routing, segmentation, and security policies and support WAN optimization initiatives.
•Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies, manage routing protocols and switching technologies, ensure security/compliance, maintain technical documentation, and mentor L1/L2 engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
•7+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
•Deep expertise in Cisco ACI with strong administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance capabilities.
•Experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Versa SD-WAN infrastructure including controllers and edge devices.
•Proficiency with enterprise routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS; VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, EtherChannel/LACP, VPC, HSRP/VRRP, VXLAN) and network troubleshooting.
