Key Responsibilities

•Issue purchase orders and respond appropriately for any open orders.
•Input materials shortages in the Pacer System.
•Track order availability, shortages, and delivery with vendors.
•Identify, evaluate, and propose material solutions and coordinate with SIOP Team to support production plan.
•Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
•1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Strong analytical skills with problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
