Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue purchase orders and respond appropriately for any open orders.
  • •Input materials shortages in the Pacer System.
  • •Track order availability, shortages, and delivery with vendors.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and propose material solutions and coordinate with SIOP Team to support production plan.
  • •Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
  • •1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • •Strong analytical skills with problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
