Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain HSSE programs, standards and policies.
  • •Conduct or participate in detailed risk assessments and hazard analyses, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • •Support or lead investigations into HSSE incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
  • •Monitor compliance with HSSE regulations and standards in site construction and operational activities, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
  • •Develop initiatives aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainability in engineering practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience as an HSSE engineering role, preferably within oil and gas industry or a similarly regulated sector.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English.
