Key Responsibilities

•Own one P0 security program end-to-end—RFC, rollout plan, partner alignment, execution, and measurable risk reduction.
•Migrate and modernize authentication across product surfaces with minimal customer disruption.
•Build and operate the AI safety guardrail stack, including prompt-injection protections and provenance systems for AI-generated content.
•Advance the authorization platform direction by making architectural trade-offs and shipping reusable primitives.
•Mentor engineers and multiply security impact through enablement sessions and practical guidance.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a security engineer, with a track record of shipping security-critical infrastructure in production systems (identity/authentication, authorization, platform primitives).
•Experience migrating authentication across product surfaces (SAML/OIDC, OAuth flows, session semantics, passkeys, CSP, redirect handling) with careful rollout and backward compatibility.
•Hands-on experience building or operating AI/LLM security protections (prompt injection, provenance, policy enforcement) and integrating with AI agents.
•Strong ability to write clear RFCs and align cross-functional stakeholders; comfortable balancing security vs. product velocity and adoption paths for partner teams.
•Mentoring and multiplying others through ownership, enablement sessions, and practical security guidance.
