Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by performing complex and standardized client transactions and maintaining accurate records of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking to enhance the service experience.
  • •Support the sales process with client outreach via outbound calls, checking for client offers, and fulfilling/referring client needs or opportunities.
  • •Participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
