Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer enterprise low-code and automation platform environments, including user access, permissions, connectors, and service accounts.
  • •Support day-to-day platform operations and maintenance, monitoring platform health and identifying/resolving issues.
  • •Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and access-related requests.
  • •Assist with incident management, production support, testing, upgrades, and platform releases.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation and partner with business users and technical teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •0-2 years of experience in IT support, application support, systems administration, software development, or a related technical field.
