Inventory Management Coordinator

Coordinate lab inventory operations for assigned laboratory areas, including identifying needed orders, replenishing stock, and placing orders in Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP. Receive, inspect, and put away shipments, maintain accurate labeling and lab maps, and adjust stocking levels based on demand and reporting metrics. Assist end users with sourcing and expediting, and support lab setup and change control updates.
