Vans: Assistant Manager - Metropolis at Metrotown

Lead and coach a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and reflect Vans brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through sales performance, merchandising, store operations, expense management, and shrink control. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store, including recruiting, training, compliance, and inventory practices—while fostering an inclusive, high-performing retail environment.
