Manage store operations to keep the selling floor customer-ready by processing inbound deliveries, maintaining accurate stock and unit counts, and supporting daily floor replenishment. Organize merchandise in the stockroom and selling floor, execute price changes and markdowns, and keep areas clean and organized. Support floor moves, monitor performance, and help drive compliance and shrinkage goals while delivering strong client service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly and prioritize daily workload.
•Organize and maintain merchandise accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
•Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
•Support floor moves and keep the selling floor consistently stocked throughout the day.
•Execute price changes and markdowns as required and maintain cleanliness and organization, including shrinkage compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 19.5 hourly

•Previous retail service experience and passion for retail and the service industry.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail days.
