Job Summary

Validate semiconductor process design kit (PDK) quality for ASIC design components across process nodes and multiple EDA flows. Build and run regression test suites to verify PDK artifacts, compare cross-tool results, and validate extraction and fill data. Develop automation-enabled layout and circuit verification approaches, including pre-/post-layout simulations, while debugging and performing root-cause analysis for failures.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform PDK quality validation of ASIC design components across process nodes and multiple EDA flows.
•Develop and execute regression test suites to validate PDK artifacts and perform cross-tool results comparisons.
•Create layout designs for target verification and run automated regressions on the PDK.
•Develop circuit designs for target verification and run pre-layout and post-layout simulations.
•Debug failures and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve issues in PDK verification flows.

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
•Proficient in TCL, Perl, or Python programming languages.
•Unix/Linux knowledge.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and often intense project schedule.
•Strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking skills, including independent pathfinding/research when needed.
