Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for supply chain planning and optimization across Africa, including stock policy management and network capacity planning.
  • •Lead planning of ingredient inventory flow based on demand forecasts, 3PL commercial model budget constraints, and working capital targets.
  • •Oversee tactical and strategic supplier capacity planning and delivery to accommodate demand and sales forecasts, including inventory policy delivery and least-cost sourcing.
  • •Develop and maintain a supply contingency matrix to mitigate inventory policy risks and sustain optimal cost to serve.
  • •Create a supply chain digitization strategy to enable end-to-end automation of S&OP and planning processes to drive efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in senior supply chain roles, ideally in the food industry or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain planning and logistics management with end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • •Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic change and challenge the status quo.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage teams on a multi-country scale, inspiring and growing teams.
  • •Strong communication and partnership skills to gain buy-in and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
