Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement controls, governance mechanisms, escalation thresholds, and regulatory response playbooks to reduce regulatory exposure.
  • •Build and operate a regulatory risk management framework to identify, assess, prioritize, and track regulatory risks across markets.
  • •Translate external regulatory developments into business implications, risk scenarios, and recommended actions.
  • •Oversee delivery of the CEG risk framework (data-driven alerts) and ensure government complaints are managed end-to-end, including investigations, remediation, and documentation.
  • •Lead cross-functional remediation and regulatory response initiatives, create cost models and business impact assessments, and report metrics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and progress.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience managing operational responsibilities such as program management and regulatory risk management, including leading complex regulatory projects.
  • •Experience building and leading cross-functional risk programs in fast-paced, high-growth, or highly regulated environments.
  • •Strong program management skills driving outcomes across matrixed organizations and independently managing diverse senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to foster continuous improvement and personal development through coaching and partnership with L&D.
  • •Experience working across multiple countries/regions with differing legal and regulatory requirements.
