Key Responsibilities

  • •Deeply understand user problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done to ensure solutions address the right needs.
  • •Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery, making key decisions on direction and details.
  • •Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering, forecasting impact on users.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience.
  • •As an AI-native design leader, balance cutting-edge technology with patient safety and accuracy across user-facing and backend experiences.
  • •Define and own user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions and align the team on success measures.
  • •Mentor other designers, lead design critiques, and drive initiatives to improve culture, tools, and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team.
  • •A strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and visual design capabilities across research, strategy and delivery.
  • •Proven experience leading and executing a variety of user research methods.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong partnerships with Product and Engineering.
  • •Experience in designing for complex workflows; healthcare domain or AI-powered experiences are a strong plus.
