Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination across Cyberhaven’s most complex multi-team, cross-organizational engineering programs.
  • •Architect and run the engineering operating cadence, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, consolidating updates and driving follow-through.
  • •Translate company and organizational strategy into execution plans, success criteria, reporting standards, and operating mechanisms across the engineering org.
  • •Define and standardize org-wide success metrics across quality, release health, and velocity; enable team-specific metrics where needed.
  • •Set direction for AI-assisted dashboards and build automations connecting Jira, Notion, GitHub, and Slack to surface program health and reduce manual status chasing.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Release Management, Engineering Operations, or a similar technical cross-functional role at Director-level scope as an individual contributor.
  • •Own end-to-end planning and execution for complex engineering initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
  • •Deep technical fluency with strong systems thinking across engineering process, release workflows, operational reporting, and execution management.
  • •Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through across an entire engineering organization without direct authority.
