Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage moderately complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations.
  • •Independently execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify issues and their impact.
  • •Drive backlog management and synthesize demand data from country/region/account managers to deliver demand signals for supply base forecasting.
  • •Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance business processes and review performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate, develop, and manage a Regulatory Trade Compliance program, and mentor junior-level staff.

Key Requirements

  • •First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be considered.
  • •Typically 5-8 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • •Broker's license and/or 5-8 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.
  • •Strong analytical and data modeling skills with very strong communication and influencing skills, including mastery in English and a local language.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) plus statistical and financial modeling; recognized subject matter expertise and strong project management skills.
