Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist projects from preconstruction through final payment, supporting planning and document gathering for meetings.
  • •Maintain accurate project schedules, including internal daily schedules, and create daily schedules and end-of-shift reports.
  • •Order materials through the PO system and ensure correctness of daily/trucking/plant schedules for assigned projects.
  • •Audit and help ensure quality and safety policies and procedures are followed on assigned projects.
  • •Participate in preconstruction job rides, provide takeoffs for bids, assist bid review/submission, and attend bid openings when required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Advanced: strong written and oral communication; problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • •Proficiency with computer tools including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • •1 year of construction experience and/or an Associates Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
