Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build real-time risk decisioning that scores transactions at authorization time while balancing fraud loss, approval rates, and latency.
  • •Automate the dispute and chargeback lifecycle, including review queues, evidence collection, and loss reporting.
  • •Engineer fraud signals at scale (e.g., device fingerprinting, BIN/issuer signals, velocity features, cross-account linkage) to detect monetization abuse.
  • •Own a portfolio of metrics such as loss rate, dispute rate, authorization approval impact, and false-positive rate.
  • •Lead investigations into emerging fraud patterns and build multi-layered defenses that account for attacker adaptation.
