•New Product Launches: Drive product launches from planning to replenishment, ensuring readiness and alignment with market needs.
•Production: Collaborate with manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products with on-time delivery and fast replenishment.
•Fulfillment: Manage fulfillment with manufacturing partners to meet 24-hour ship expectations and ensure accurate product delivery.
•Vendor & Capacity Planning: Work with planning teams and partners to ensure fabrics, trims, and capacity readiness for on-time production.
•Vendor Portal & Status: Maintain up-to-date production statuses in vendor portals to reflect current progress and issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
•5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, including inventory control, demand planning, and material flow optimization.
•Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
•Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles to minimize waste and streamline logistics.
