Client Manager

Manage and grow relationships with Corporate Trust clients in partnership with business development officers, ensuring predictable, high-quality service aligned to client needs and expectations. Review and accept new client relationships under account acceptance policies, identify business risks and operational challenges, and coordinate operational changes. Responsible for meeting revenue, new business, and expense goals and may manage, hire, and train staff to achieve business objectives.
