Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, adjust, and operate milling and drilling equipment and hand/power tools to burr, polish, finish, blend surfaces, and generate rough and finish dimensions on machined parts.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections and maintain accurate documentation, including ANSI Y14-5 compliance and lot control traceability (QCP 6.0) plus NCR documentation (QCP 11.0).
  • •Mount, change, and align jigs and fixtures; use templates and precision measuring devices to verify dimensions, contour, and defects.
  • •Touch up/replace tooling, adjust stops, select speeds/feeds, and generate close tolerance edge breaks while preventing damage to adjacent finished surfaces.
  • •Maintain clean equipment and work area, perform minor machine maintenance as needed, chart and plot data per SPC requirements, and move material within the cell.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.98 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum one (1) year of machining or burr experience OR 2 years work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 2-year GD&T experience (or successful completion of Eaton Level 1 Advanced Training in lieu of the requirement).
  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio; no relocation benefit is provided.
  • •Must be a U.S. person due to access to export-controlled information.
