Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree for the full internship duration, with graduation month/year clearly indicated on a resume or CV.
  • •Pursue a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience or coursework in SystemVerilog and UVM, including functional coverage and assertion-based verification.
  • •Experience or coursework in formal verification (e.g., JasperGold/Cadence Jasper) and simulation/debugging tools (e.g., Verdi, DVE, Questa).
  • •Knowledge of hardware verification topics such as VLSI/digital design and CPU/GPU or processor architecture; programming skills may include UVM, Verilog/SystemVerilog, VHDL, Perl/TCL, C/C++, Python, and Linux.
