Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or more store sections as instructed by the manager, including folding and product display.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods.
  • •Ensure housekeeping standards on the shop floor and keep cash desk areas replenished and tidy.
  • •Acknowledge customers and provide quality service face to face or over the telephone.
  • •Maintain stockroom standards, organize stock, and stay updated on stock and promotions, SOPs, audits, and safety practices.
