Key Responsibilities

•Own and build AI-first analytics infrastructure end-to-end, including semantic layer, LLM tooling, evals, and agents that analytically empower every team.
•Maintain the AI-first analytics infrastructure so it continues to work reliably as the business grows.
•Define and implement taxonomy and domain ontology to scale how expert contributors map to projects and tasks.
•Architect a demand and supply model to give leadership a shared forward-looking view across domains, geographies, and acquisition channels.
•Identify the next highest-leverage opportunities the data team can use to address business-limiting constraints and help prioritize them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in data roles spanning analytics engineering, analytics, and data science, comfortable owning work across these areas for projects.
•Fluency in SQL and strong Python skills, with familiarity using the modern data stack such as Fivetran and dbt.
•Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud data warehouse).
•Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling including LLMs, semantic layers, eval frameworks, and production infrastructure.
•Track record as a high-autonomy individual contributor, including identifying high-leverage opportunities in startups and going from 0-to-1 in high-growth environments.
