Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, outsourced, and statutory maintenance activities to meet schedules and inspection requirements.
  • •Act as the primary engineering contact during shifts, coordinating maintenance priorities with operational and engineering teams.
  • •Manage and optimize maintenance activities within IFS CMMS, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and data integrity.
  • •Monitor asset performance, maintenance trends, and KPIs, producing reports to support operational and engineering decisions.
  • •Collaborate with Asset Managers to maintain preventive maintenance programs aligned with manufacturer recommendations, ensuring maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •ONC qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • •Proactive, collaborative approach with an innovative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • •Experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM/CMMS), preferably in maintenance, inventory, procurement, or reliability modules.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
