Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of cost/commercial management services on multi-disciplinary Transmission, Distribution and Power Systems projects.
  • •Client-side cost/commercial management, including stakeholder, risk, and contract management.
  • •Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for budget management.
  • •Support and manage the cost/commercial management team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements.
  • •Actively manage contractors and subcontractors’ payments and final accounts in accordance with contract conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Five years’ cost/commercial management experience
  • •A relevant degree such as quantity surveying or relevant equivalent
  • •Strong history in both contract (NEC3 and 4) and cost/commercial management
  • •Experience of working within a client organisation or through secondment/co-location
  • •Member of a related professional body, preferably chartered
