Establish and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend controls to mitigate incidents.
•Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, contractors, and stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
•Develop and deliver HSE training, monitor HSE performance metrics, and prepare HSE reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures to mitigate incidents.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
•Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, and international/local HSE legislation and integrated management systems.
•ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and at least 8 years working experience (5 years relevant); 2 years in GCC is a plus.
