Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the quality and throughput of vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • •Actively manage the WIP (Work-In-Progress) pipeline to move vehicles efficiently through inspection and arbitration.
  • •Resolve arbitration disputes between buyers and sellers involving mechanical, cosmetic, or disclosure issues.
  • •Conduct hands-on vehicle inspections when needed to verify vehicle condition and maintain quality standards.
  • •Coordinate third-party inspections, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting/documentation and pipeline status updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Previous automotive auction, inspection, or mechanical experience required.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license meeting role requirements.
  • •Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes/models/sizes.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems, mobile inspection tools, and internal inventory databases.
