Arbitration Administrator

Oversee the quality and throughput of vehicle inspections and manage the WIP pipeline through arbitration. Resolve discrepancies between buyer and seller representations on the auction block, conducting hands-on inspections when needed. Serve as a professional liaison for arbitration transactions, enforce arbitration policies and NAAA guidelines, coordinate third-party inspections, and maintain accurate records and status updates while ensuring safety and compliance.
