Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and help root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while executing operations-focused directives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
