Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage QC and Training departments; assign tasks based on complexity and skill level; guide QC and Training review processes.
  • •Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards; evaluate program quality and training needs.
  • •Develop quality processes and training initiatives; analyze data to monitor trends and identify gaps; lead improvement initiatives.
  • •Oversee staff development, performance management, and departmental budgeting; ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • •Review, approve, and communicate reports to management; contribute to annual Quality Control and Training plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • •Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer) are advantageous.
  • •Extensive experience in quality monitoring and training with leadership roles; proven track record managing QC and training departments.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software; strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
