Own end-to-end delivery of platform infrastructure: define and evolve architecture for multi-region deployments, build resilient systems, and reduce operational toil. •Define and evolve infrastructure architecture to support multi-region deployments and resilient, scalable systems.
•Extend monitoring and observability capabilities across services and make operational data easy to act on.
•Build tooling for safe deployments, fast rollbacks, and reduced operational toil, using software methodologies.
•Scope, lead, and deliver platform initiatives autonomously and drive cross-team projects with clear outcomes.
•Raise the bar through documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge sharing to help teams operate more effectively.

Key Requirements

•5+ years building, operating, and troubleshooting production-grade systems focused on reliability, observability, and scalability.
•Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tools in a platform or operational context (e.g., automation, observability, incident response).
•Strong programming/automation in Python, Go, or Bash, plus Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to build repeatable, low-risk systems.
•Experience with AWS services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront (or equivalent on GCP/Azure).
•Solid Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs) and practical observability experience with metrics/logs/traces tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, ELK, Sentry, OpsGenie).
