Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building, operating, and troubleshooting production-grade systems focused on reliability, observability, and scalability.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tools in a platform or operational context (e.g., automation, observability, incident response).
  • •Strong programming/automation in Python, Go, or Bash, plus Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to build repeatable, low-risk systems.
  • •Experience with AWS services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront (or equivalent on GCP/Azure).
  • •Solid Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs) and practical observability experience with metrics/logs/traces tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, ELK, Sentry, OpsGenie).
