Key Responsibilities

•Act as Owner’s representative for transmission facilities construction, ensuring budget, scheduling, and quality goals are met.
•Lead the field services team and serve as the primary client interface, coordinating work by contractors and vendors.
•Implement and monitor the Project Quality Program (PQP) and quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and requirements.
•Oversee submittals, change management, cost tracking, and procurement-related activities to meet deadlines.
•Communicate project status, manage relationships with stakeholders, and lead the project team to deliver on schedule and within scope.

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
