Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain thorough understanding of the client base.
•Support coverage team members and prepare analysis and materials for proposals, presentations, and pitches.
•Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure prompt responses to client enquiries and concerns.
•Act as a central point of contact with regional counterparts for local matters.
•Ensure compliance with internal and external rules, and act as First Line of Defence for financial crime and proactively manage client-related credit risk.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in an institutional client environment.
•Knowledge of local and global institutional client markets and the regulatory environment.
•Advanced understanding of risk management, risk mitigation, and Client Due Diligence risks.
•Preferably knowledge of HSBC Group and products, with a strong network across business areas.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with strong sales and communication ability, able to work under pressure.
