Job Summary

Own end-to-end operational flow for in-stock performance, monitoring and optimizing KPIs such as inbound lead time, fill rate, stockouts, and inventory health. Partner with procurement, shipping, suppliers, and technology to align on strategy, scalable processes, and business execution. Use detailed data analysis to drive process and service improvements, lead operational initiatives, and supervise/train the team to reinforce an excellence-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and optimize end-to-end operational flow using critical KPIs for inbound lead time, fill rate, stockouts, and inventory health.
•Work with procurement, suppliers, shipping, and technology to ensure strategic alignment and scalable business processes.
•Perform data analyses to generate insights that improve process efficiency and service quality.
•Lead operational initiatives/projects focused on operational excellence and better customer experience.
•Supervise and mentor the team: train and develop members to improve individual and collective performance and reinforce the DNA Meli culture.

Key Requirements

•Experience and knowledge in supply chain, demand planning, and inbound processes.
•Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
•Experience with detailed analytics to support strategic decision-making, including SQL and/or Python.
•Experience managing and developing a team.
•Fluent English; Spanish is desirable.
