Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with embedded product engineering squads to own production reliability for high-SLA, complex customer environments.
  • •Design, evolve, and implement per-tenant SLOs and reliability models, proactively reducing SLO burn to prevent repeat incidents.
  • •Serve as a primary escalation point and participate in on-call and incident response, leading incident follow-ups and post-incident reviews.
  • •Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices, reduce toil, improve alert quality, and increase self-healing/auto-scaling where needed.
  • •Collaborate on design docs and code reviews, influence feature design for operability and scalability, and improve customer observability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years engineering experience with 4+ years in SRE/CRE/production engineering, with experience in customer reliability engineering preferred.
  • •Strong Kubernetes experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Helm, Terraform, and Jsonnet.
  • •Proven technical leadership: leading projects, mentoring engineers, and operating as a force-multiplier.
  • •Experience operating multi-tenant systems in production and designing/implementing SLOs.
  • •Comfort with programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java) and strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and incident response/PIR writing experience.
