Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) in partnership with Sales and with Celonis partners/services.
  • •Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and build demos and business cases to win new customers.
  • •Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, and derive/improve measures to drive enterprise-wide change.
  • •Create expansion roadmaps, provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases, and present realized value to senior management and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing business value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in customer-facing solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, including building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
  • •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
  • •Experience identifying use cases for process improvement, deploying improvement measures, and acting as a change agent by training users/process owners.
  • •Native-level or near-native German (written and spoken) to lead workshops, engage German-speaking customers, and present to executive stakeholders.
