Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish SW integration strategy and lead projects, aligning ASW (AD/IVI), SDV OS, middleware, and BSW into a unified vehicle platform release
  • •Define integration scope and execution plans using SW architecture/development structure understanding, and lead build, test, defect actions, and release end-to-end
  • •Manage interfaces, module/platform/application and external-system consistency across domains, including deliverables, versions, integration timing, and prerequisites
  • •Design and operate branch strategy and configuration/variant management (Master/Release/Feature, merge and cherry-pick policies, traceability across baselines/releases)
  • •Run release governance and change control (milestones/readiness, gate reviews/CCB), automate integration/release workflows, and coordinate risks and blocking issues with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Key Requirements

  • •Automotive, IT, or software company PM experience of 5+ years
  • •Experience managing software integration projects and large-scale/multi-system integrations
  • •Experience with requirements and software change management, including configuration/version/release management
  • •Ability to lead projects based on software architecture knowledge, with understanding of development, integration, verification, and release processes
  • •Strong capability using Git-based version/branch management tools and Jira/Confluence/ALM, plus structured communication of complex technical issues and change impact
