Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project-level initiatives focused on development of WET processes for NAND memory technology.
  • •Perform complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of semiconductor industry experience with Wet process background and strong organizational/technical skills working with global teams.
  • •Deep understanding of WET processing technologies such as vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective chemical etching.
  • •Experience fixing process issues, implementing corrective actions, and supporting technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to take calculated risks to execute new solutions.
  • •Familiarity with electrical evaluation methods and Fab metrology tools such as CD-SEM, thickness measurement instruments, and particle counters.
