Job Summary

Lead strategic, mature asset development initiatives by coordinating and integrating multiple product lines and cross-functional teams. Establish field management plans that align subsurface and surface development principles with integrated solutions across OFSE and IET, driving value for both operators and service providers. Secure high-value projects, manage risks to integration and delivery, and define KPIs while building relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership.

•Integrate engineering from subsurface to surface across diverse product lines, functional teams (sales, commercial, operations, finance), and third-party partners to deliver unified client solutions.
•Develop and implement strategies to secure high-value field management and integrated solutions projects aligned with long-term goals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure collaboration and project success.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams; manage integration risks, streamline processes, and define KPIs for continuous improvement.

•Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness with proficiency in project management methodologies/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
