Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist paint line performance by hanging/removing parts and material from the load bar and recording pieces/hours/load bar information on a computer.
  • •Perform carrying and lifting of parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line.
  • •Conduct visual inspections of material prior to and after painting.
  • •Perform related finishing duties such as masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting.
  • •Maintain components and supplies and perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience in a production environment.
  • •Experience with powder painting.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools, and work independently with close attention to detail.
