Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily support to the systemwide flight attendant workforce, ensuring timely resolution of operational needs.
  • •Lead operational initiatives and projects with Inflight leadership, the Integrated Operations Center (IOC), and key stakeholders.
  • •Guide the team through real-time operational changes, disruptions, and emerging business needs.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and communication within Inflight Operations.
  • •Maintain and enhance the internal training program for onboarding and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •3 years of experience in inflight operations, aviation, customer service, crew scheduling, or related operational fields.
  • •Experience supporting flight attendants or within an airline inflight or operations department.
  • •Familiarity with airline operational systems, crew management platforms, and real-time operational recovery processes.
  • •Project management, training, or team-lead experience (PMP certification a plus).
