Lead daily front-of-house operations as the right-hand to management, keeping Wing Shack’s service, food quality, and cleanliness standards high. Train and motivate team members, assist with scheduling and coverage, and support onboarding and ongoing coaching. Provide fast, professional guest service, resolve concerns, and oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, deposits, and POS procedures. Step into the manager role when needed.
